Kindergarten Niepołomice – staff

Auntie Karolina

Teacher, educator

Hello, my name is Karolina Adamiak and I am a kindergarten teacher. I graduated from the Pedagogical University of Kraków and completed postgraduate studies in special education with elements of rehabilitation psychology. For 10 years I have been passionately working with preschool children. I gained my experience at a Specialist Preschool Center in Kraków, where I worked as a teacher’s assistant and teacher, as well as in a private kindergarten in Niepołomice as a supporting teacher.
In my work, I focus on creativity and a non-standard approach to teaching. Good communication with parents, based on mutual respect and trust, is very important to me and I consider it a key element in working with children.
Privately, I am a mother of 5.5-year-old Emilka. I love spending time actively on mountain hikes and cycling trips. In life, I follow the principle “the sky is the limit of possibilities.”

Auntie Julia

Teacher’s assistant

Hello, my name is Julia Kłósek and I study preschool and early school education. I have extensive experience in childcare gained while working as a nanny. Working with children is a source of great joy and satisfaction for me.
In my free time, I love traveling, reading books, and I am passionate about music and singing, which I gladly incorporate into my work with children. Every day spent with preschoolers is an opportunity for me to share my passions and create an inspiring environment for learning and play.

Auntie Beata

Teacher’s assistant

Hello, my name is Beata Bajorek. I graduated from a Teacher Training College and have many years of experience working in kindergartens. Working with children brings me great joy, especially when I can observe their progress in learning and development.
I am responsible, patient and easily establish contact with children. As a creative person, I can organize interesting games and art-technical activities. I value cooperation with teachers and parents, believing that communication skills and teamwork are key. Children at the kindergarten reward me with sincere smiles and warm hugs, which is my greatest joy.

Auntie Natalia

Teacher, educator

My name is Natalia Łucyków-Skoczyńska and I am a special education teacher. I have experience working with children both in kindergarten and in institutions supporting early childhood development. I graduated in special education and completed numerous courses and training programs, including first aid, organization of children and youth recreation, as well as child rehabilitation and therapy. I am currently continuing my master’s studies in preschool and early school education.
In my work, I focus on a warm, supportive atmosphere and an individual approach to each child. I pay special attention to the emotional, social and cognitive development of my pupils. I am responsible, kind and communicative – with commitment I create a space where children feel safe and happy.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling and reading books.
