We invite you and your children to free sensory workshops, which will take place on 14.02 from 9:30 to 12:00. This will be an opportunity for you to get to know our facility better. Parents interested in participating are asked to contact us by phone to reserve a place for their child.

Emilia and Adrian Gąsiorowscy Owners
Emilia is a graduate of the Faculty of Management and the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. She is passionate about dance, mainly ballroom, especially rock & roll. She is a perfectionist who loves taking care of every detail. A supporter of attachment parenting. A babywearing mom of Michał and Marysia.
Adrian is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at the University of Warsaw. Entrepreneur. Long-time private teacher and educator. Always connected with sports, especially football. Participant in the Polish U-20 Youth Futsal Championship Finals. Participant in the Polish Academic Championships in Contract Bridge. He loves discovering new corners of the world. Recently a chess enthusiast.
Private kindergarten and nursery Warsaw Włochy
The Private Fair Play Nursery and Kindergarten is a friendly place where your little one can take their first steps without parental care, make friends with peers, learn to overcome difficulties independently, and discover their first talents. Competent caregivers support children by providing interesting games, play, and educational activities. We also guarantee speech therapy, psychological, and nursing care (both in the nursery and kindergarten). Children’s emotions are also important to us. We strive to be both partners and friends to our pupils, showing them empathy and understanding. We want to help them through both better and more challenging moments, supporting them on their path to independence.

Małgorzata
Facility Director
Graduate of the Faculty of Education at the University of Warsaw – Master’s degree in Pedagogy, specialization in socio-cultural animation. Graduate of the Higher School of Social Sciences – Master’s degree in Pedagogy, specialization in preschool and early childhood education with pedagogical therapy. She also completed postgraduate studies in Management and Organization in Education. She has many years of experience caring for nursery and preschool-aged children, also as a leisure animator. She holds the title of contract teacher and is currently completing an internship for the rank of appointed teacher. Warm, friendly, with a positive outlook on life. She loves children. Her educational and upbringing work is based on a subject-oriented approach to the child, with great respect, understanding, and interest in every area of their development and functioning. She ensures a friendly and loving atmosphere. She strives to pass on her creative passion and healthy, active lifestyle to children, applying play-based pedagogy methods in practice. A sports enthusiast and lover of creative leisure time.
Robert
Assistant
He is currently studying Psychology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University and has completed a teacher-training module qualifying him to work as a school psychologist after graduation. On a daily basis, he supports the director and owner in their work. He handles accounts and provides broad technical support for both parents and staff. His presence at the facility is not only administrative support but also an additional element creating a friendly and developmental environment for both children and staff. He willingly supports the teaching staff in the classroom when needed. Robert also gains practical experience by observing educational processes and engaging in various psychology and pedagogy-related tasks. His openness to cooperation and enthusiasm bring positive energy to the daily functioning of the facility.


Weronika
Psychologist
She is a psychologist with over fifteen years of experience in therapeutic work with children and families. She completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and postgraduate studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at SWPS University in Warsaw. The main area of her work is human development assessment, conducting diagnoses, diagnostic and parenting consultations, and individual therapy. She works, among others, with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and ADHD. She supports parents and preschool and school-aged children in coping with difficult emotions, anxiety, low self-esteem, and building peer relationships. She runs a diagnostic and therapeutic center where, in cooperation with a child and adolescent psychiatrist and a team of specialists, she provides support to children, adolescents, and their parents in the process of diagnosis for autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other developmental and educational challenges. In the field of adult diagnosis, she cooperates with the In-med Center in Warsaw. In recent years, she has conducted training sessions and webinars, among others for the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, on topics such as diagnosis, therapy, and support for neurodiverse children in the school system, anxiety, and challenges in diagnosing autism spectrum disorders in women. She regularly trains parents and specialists in supporting children in coping with anger, emotional regulation, building self-esteem, and other developmental issues. Work is her passion, and the most satisfying aspect for her is the opportunity to genuinely support children and parents in their challenges. On the one hand, it is a path in which, in an atmosphere of understanding, she jointly develops a development plan. On the other hand, based on the most up-to-date knowledge, she knows how such a process should look in order to lead to the expected results. Privately, she is the mother of 5-year-old Hania, and her own experience of motherhood helps her better understand the challenges of parenting.

Auntie Krystyna
Teacher
She is a mother of two children and gained experience in caring for little ones also professionally as a private nanny for 3 years. She is a qualified nurse by education, which enriches her approach to children with knowledge, calmness, and care for their health and safety. Working with children gives her great satisfaction – she approaches each child with warmth, attention, and empathy. Privately, she is interested in photography and psychology, and her smile and positive energy accompany her every day.
Auntie Natalia
Facility coordinator
For many years connected with working with children, which she treats not only as a profession but above all as a conscious choice and passion. She is currently studying preschool and early childhood education, systematically expanding her knowledge through training courses and pedagogical literature. She gained experience in childcare from an early age within her family, and later professionally as a nursery caregiver and private nanny. In her work with children, she focuses on learning through play, experience, and supporting independence. She is particularly close to elements of Montessori pedagogy and sensory activities, which support the comprehensive development of the youngest. She is warm, patient, and attentive, approaching each child individually with care for their needs, emotions, and sense of security. Working with children gives her great satisfaction and motivation for further professional development. In her free time, she is interested in sports, books, and photography.

Auntie Weronika
Teacher/Caregiver
She gained professional experience as a private caregiver from 2019. In 2020, she began working in a nursery with children up to 2.5 years old. She loves working with children and is characterized by openness. Her positive energy and smile make children happily stay in her arms. She is a creative person who organizes engaging activities during nursery time. Privately, she is passionate about baking – she loves creating cakes and discovering new sweet flavors. She is also interested in travel and criminology.
Auntie Karolina
Nursery caregiver
From an early age, she took care of her younger cousins. She gained professional experience in a nursery and kindergarten, working with children aged 1 to 6. In her free time, she co-organizes artistic workshops for children with the LIFE Polska foundation. She is interested in psychology and plans to pursue education in this field. She also has experience in providing English tutoring.


Auntie Klaudia
Nursery caregiver
For many years, she has had close contact with young children – starting with caring for younger siblings, and today she is the mother of a two-and-a-half-year-old girl. She is currently studying pedagogy and has been working in a nursery since 2024, caring for children up to 3 years old. Working with little ones gives her great satisfaction – she loves observing how quickly they develop and how easily they acquire new skills. In her free time, she enjoys reading books, which are her source of relaxation.

Auntie Sylwia
Teacher
She is a preschool teacher with many years of experience and has been passionately working with children since 2017. In her work, she combines empathy and warmth with consistency and clearly defined rules, ensuring a sense of security and an individual approach to each child. She places particular emphasis on physical activity, artistic activities, and games that develop creativity and imagination. She completed a Bachelor’s degree in safety education with ethics and a Master’s degree in social prevention at the University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce, as well as postgraduate studies in early childhood and preschool pedagogy at Pedagogium in Warsaw. She regularly expands her competencies by participating in training on modern methods of working with children. Privately, she is the mother of four-year-old Julia, who teaches her attentiveness, patience, and an even deeper understanding of children’s needs every day. She is interested in singing, physical activity, and cooking. With full commitment, she creates a safe, joyful, and inspiring space for children to learn through play.
Auntie Maja
Teaching assistant
She is a psychology student who gained experience during internships at a care and educational facility working with adolescents, as well as in a kindergarten and nursery with children aged 1 to 6. She associates her professional future with working as a child psychologist and consistently plans further education in this field. Working with children gives her great satisfaction and a sense of purpose, and helping others is one of her most important values. For this reason, after completing her studies, she plans a volunteer trip to Africa to support children in need. She is a creative and committed person with many interests, among which traveling holds a special place, and she gladly inspires those around her.

Meals at the facility
We cooperate with “Best catering,” which ensures that our pupils receive tasty, healthy, and balanced meals. We provide dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian diets, among others, adapting them daily to the individual needs of the Child and to diets excluding specific products.

Enrollment fee (one-time): 1000 PLN
Monthly tuition: 1600 PLN 1200 PLN per month (1300 PLN 900 PLN attendance fee and 300 PLN additional classes fee)

Nursery price list
One-time enrollment fee – 1000 PLN
Monthly tuition: 2400 PLN 2200 PLN per month (2100 PLN 1900 PLN attendance fee and 300 PLN additional classes fee)
It is possible to receive funding from the “Aktywnie w żłobku” program in the amount of 1500 PLN per month. After deducting the subsidy, the tuition fee amounts to 700 PLN.
