Private Nursery and Kindergarten Kraków Ruczaj 43

We raise children in the spirit of fair play – with movement, joy and passion

The main goal is education in the spirit of respect for the “fair play” principle, both in sport and everyday life.

We instill in children the principles of healthy competition, cooperation, and respect for others, while equipping them with a wide range of skills related to life in society.

About us

Non-public kindergarten and private nursery Ruczaj (ul. Ruczaj 43)
If you are looking for a non-public nursery or kindergarten in Kraków with its own playground, we invite you to ul. Ruczaj. One of the Fair Play kindergartens is located there. Our mission is based on the philosophy of Pierre de Coubertin (founder of the Olympic Committee), which is education through sport. Physical activity is not only good for the body, but above all it is an excellent method of educating a modern person in the spirit of peace.

The Fair Play private kindergarten and non-public nursery at ul. Ruczaj ensure children’s healthy and harmonious development. Our teachers and coaches pass on ethical and moral values during educational and sports activities. They also take care of the comprehensive psychophysical development of our pupils.

News

Our kindergartens and nurseries cooperate with the Non-Public Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center “Fiklon.” Fiklon is a diagnostic and therapeutic center in Kraków specializing in the diagnosis and therapy of young children.

The center provides support in psychological, speech therapy, and physiotherapy areas, and the team also includes child psychiatrists and neurologists. The center specializes in helping children with various developmental challenges and disorders such as ASD, selective mutism, delayed speech development, attention and concentration disorders (ADHD), anxiety and oppositional-defiant disorders, as well as conducting regular developmental assessments.

Social skills training

Our preschool offers regular Social Skills Training (SST) sessions, which are a form of group work focused on teaching children social skills such as listening, asking for help, and joining others. These sessions also cover emotional management, including identifying one’s own feelings and understanding the emotions of others. Most of the classes consist of play, role-playing, worksheets, games, and various relaxation techniques.

Bilingual Future

The preschool has joined the Universal Bilingual Education Program “Bilingual Future” as a partner. The primary goal of the program is to provide children with daily, contextual exposure to the English language during their period of particular linguistic sensitivity (ages 0-6), ensuring that English never becomes a foreign language to them. In this way, a child acquires a second language naturally—following the same principles as their first language. Beyond linguistic skills, bilingualism offers numerous benefits for a child’s intellect, psyche, and health. The brain receives a healthy dose of training, along with knowledge and skills that are internalized remarkably quickly and effectively at this stage of development.

Bilingualism, among other things, improves concentration, enhances divided attention and memory (semantic and episodic), deepens cultural and social sensitivity, and develops analytical and empathetic abilities. Bilingual children, and later adults, achieve better academic results and have greater opportunities for social and cultural adaptation. They are characterized by a higher social and material status and – perhaps most importantly – better health.
